As President and CEO of Evidénz RG, Rick is directly responsible for every assignment the firm undertakes.  Rick brings more than 40 years of experience working with senior executives around the globe to achieve situational clarity.

An expert on professional services positioning and marketing, Rick speaks extensively on the topic at private and public sector industry events and has been quoted in numerous publications and media, including the Society of Actuaries Journal, National Underwriter, Standard & Poor's Publications and Seminars, Wall Street Journal, Reactions Magazine and Intelligent Insurer, among many others.

From 1982 to 2015 Rick was President / CEO of Flaspohler Research Group until being acquired by the Singapore based, international advisory firm NMG Consulting in 2015.  Prior to that Rick held various positions at W.R. Grace and at two international Marketing/Advertising Firms.

Rick holds a B.S. (Journalism) from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. (Statistics & Marketing) from the University of Missouri.
