Subscribe to the 2026 Report
Participation in the 2026 Evidénz Report is limited to 20 subscribers. Be sure to subscribe by November 15, 2025, to secure your spot.
Provide Your Target Meeting Planner List
As a subscriber, you'll provide us with a list of the meeting planners you actively target.
Each list should include a minimum of 300 and a maximum of 1,500 meeting planners.
Evidénz Creates a Master List
We combine all subscriber-provided lists to create a comprehensive master list. Because this list is built from planners identified as "key" by industry professionals, it's widely regarded as the most robust list of key meeting planners available.
Meeting Planner Survey & Outreach
Evidénz will invite these meeting planners to complete the survey in February/March/April, 2026.

High-Priority Planners: Meeting planners appearing on eight or more subscriber lists will be contacted by phone and invited to complete the survey live, or to receive an emailed link to complete the survey online.

Other Planners: Those on fewer than eight lists will receive an online survey invitation, along with a mailed invitation to encourage participation.

Progress Updates: We'll keep you informed! Each subscriber will receive regular updates on which meeting planners from their submitted list have completed the survey.
Analysis & Report Preparation
Evidénz will meticulously analyze the survey results and prepare your reports. Subscribers receive two distinct versions of the report:

Your Target List Results: This report specifically highlights your success with the meeting planners you directly target.

Combined Target List Results: This broader report combines data from all subscriber lists, providing valuable insights into important trends across all North American meeting planners.

Reports & Presentations
Topline results will be available in May 2026.
Presentations and discussions of the results will commence in June 2026.
